Service Description
Secure your child's spot for a summer defined by movement, not screens. We offer a high-value, comprehensive day camp experience designed to keep students sharp for the school year while giving them the outdoor freedom they crave. The "New Explorers" Difference: We don't believe in charging extra for "extended care." Our flat weekly rate covers the entire day from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, making logistics easy for working parents. Weekly Schedule & Activities: Our schedule is designed to be flexible and responsive to the group, but every week is anchored by these core pillars: Sports & Movement: We spend the majority of our day active. Mornings alternate between organized sports (Soccer, Basketball, etc.) and cooperative team challenges. Weekly Swimming: We hit the pool once a week for 3 hours to cool off and build water confidence. Field Trip Days: One day a week, we head off-site! From nature hikes to educational centers, field trips are included in your tuition. Academic Power-Ups: We prevent "summer regression." Daily sessions include Math drills (building speed and precision) and Reading/Writing blocks tailored to your child's grade level. Life Skills Workshops: Depending on the week, we introduce hands-on skills ranging from Gardening and Baking to creative building projects. (Optional) For Older Students (13+): The Entrepreneurship Track Teens don't just "hang out" here—they train. Older participants enter our "Counselor-in-Training" program. They gain real-world experience in leadership, assisting with younger students, and learning the operational side of the business. It is the ultimate preparation for a future first job.

Cancellation Policy
Payment & Registration Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s spot for the selected week. Due to the need to secure staffing, transportation, and materials in advance, we cannot hold spots without payment. Cancellations & Refunds 14 Days Prior: Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of the camp week will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative processing fee. Less than 14 Days: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are non-refundable. Missed Days: We do not offer refunds or "make-up days" for absences due to illness, vacation, or other personal reasons. Late Pick-Up Policy Camp hours end promptly at 6:00 PM. Please respect our staff's time. A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be charged for any child picked up after 6:05 PM. Behavioral Policy To ensure a safe and positive screen-less environment, we reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose behavior endangers themselves, others, or staff. In the event of behavioral dismissal, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the week. Medical & Emergency Guardians must sign a liability waiver and provide emergency contact information prior to the first day of camp. Please keep your child home if they are displaying symptoms of contagious illness (fever, vomiting, etc.).
